Bianca Shen Chief Marketing Officer, Burger King Iberia
Bianca holds a degree in business administration from the São Paulo School of Business Administration and an MBA from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). She has led projects at national level in Brasil as Brand Manager, Events Manager and Innovation Manager for the brewers companies Skol and Brahma between 2007 and 2010. Her career became consolidated at Unilever between 2010 and 2012, where Bianca worked as Brand Manager for consumer brands in Brasil.
Currently, she is CMO at Burger King Iberia, after having held the positions of Vice President of Marketing for Southern Europe, Turkey and Middle East Division and Marketing Director for Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.
Specifically, at Burger King, in her role as the responsible for sales and marketing, Bianca has managed strategic planning, communication above and below the line, trade marketing, innovative processes, traffic and sales planning, promotions, internal and external communication and performance analysis, among other tasks.
