Kristian Gotsch, Client Services Director EMEA at Two Circles, is overseeing the quality and innovation of Two Circles work across EMEA. Part of ESP Properties, a WPP Company, Two Circles works with some of the biggest rights owners, from international federations to professional clubs and leagues to improve customer experience, increase revenue and enhance their partner proposition.

Kristian has 20 years’ experience using data to help organisations grow commercial revenue through better customer engagement. Having started out as a consultant at PwC, where he managed international CRM projects, he moved on to Microsoft and then T-Mobile. Following on from this, he moved into the sports industry with the Dutch Premier League (Eredivisie) running all data, insight and customer engagement projects and developed fan engagement projects throughout European football. During his time at Two Circles, Kristian has led projects for a variety of different rights owners, helping them build stronger relationships with their audiences.
