Vladimira launched her career in 1997 when she entered the agency McCann Erickson as Account Director, she then became Group Account Director, coordinating several Central European projects and developing communication & creative strategies for pitched brands, she worked for Nestle, L’Oreal, Unilever, Durex and many more. After 14 years she left the agency to join Vodafone Czech Republic where she is among others responsible for the development of media strategies and maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns.

Antonín Milata, CEO, Renegadz

Antonin is an experienced show-business manager, who stood behind the success of the most popular Czech music portal Bandzone.cz, later working as New Business Director at Sony Music and Supraphon. His own music agency Redhead Music represents leading artists (eg. Sebastian, Voxel, Atmo Music etc.), with an outreach to several hundred thousand fans through radio and especially through social networks. Antonin has spent two years in Los Angeles, where he worked with the world's largest show-business agencies. After returning to Prague and mainly thanks to his inspiration from the USA, he founded the Prague based agency Renegadz, with the support of McCann Prague. Renegadz focuses on the so-called branded entertainment - innovative content for brands produced in cooperation with media houses or influencers.

TOPIC: How Vodafone works with influencers

Vodafone is a brand traditionally very active on social networks. In 2016 it launched a communication platform for young people called #Jetovtobe, with a scope never seen before in the Czech Republic. Vodafone collaborates through it with a broad range of influencers, ranging from popular YouTubers, music and sports stars such as snowboarder Sarka Pancochova and singer Ben Cristovao, or even influential public figures such as Janek Rubeš or young activist Dominik Feri. Through them, Vodafone activates young people all across the country, whether through online videos, exclusive workshops or even a great lifestyle festival!
